Help us win £5,000 | Movement For Good

We need you to help us win £5,000. Movement for Good from Benefact Group is running a special Children and Young People draw between 6th-10th November where 10 charity donations of £5,000 are up for grabs.

That means we need your nominations. Simply click on the button below, then the pink/purple 'Nominate a Charity for £5,000' button and you'll see our details will be pre-populated. Pop your details underneath and submit the form. That's all there is to it.

The more nominations we receive, the greater our chance of success so please spare us 30 seconds of your time. Please also note this is separate to the £1,000 Movement For Good draws we've shared a few times this year so even if you have already nominated us for that one, please submit this form too.

If we win, £5,000 could go such a long way towards supporting the projects we work with in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe. This could include:

  • Providing over 55,000 mugs of porridge, enough for over 300 children to go to school for a whole year OR

  • Paying for 3 new jiko cookers in Kenyan schools, improving the health and safety for cooks as well as an improvement in fuel - and consequently cost - efficiency OR

  • Supporting 400 girls in their quest for education in Tanzania, by ensuring they have sanitary towels and social education forums to understand the ins & outs of menstruation OR

  • Small hatchery buildings for an upcoming social enterprise scheme in Uganda OR

  • Contributions to school fees and educational materials for 300 students in Zimbabwe.
